Because I hear about people like confessing their love for someone or something like that. So does a drunk mind speak a sober heart?

Sometimes a drunk speaks the truth. Sometimes they don't.

Yes I think that for a vast majority of people it does, I also think that it depends on the character of the person...If you have a person who has tendency to be less that truthful in sobriety then I think that inebriation will just further their lies... but if you have a relatively "truthful" person that is afraid of saying something that will make people think less them even though it's the truth then I think that alcohol will take away their inhibitions and allow them to say whats really on their heart, I know I am like that, I always say whats on my heart when I am drunk, and I did that last night and it did not turn out so good, but I don't regret it...I feel like a weight has been lifted... but that's another rant for another day, ha ha, hope it helps some... :-)

A drunken person is far more likely to say exactly what is on their mind or exactly what they are feeling because alcohol causes you to lower your inhibitions... While we are sober, we have the ability to "think before we act", thereby allowing us to have a sort of extra guard so that we don't say or do anything dumb. When we are drunk, however, we don't have this extra guard, and many people are found telling exactly what is on their "sober hearts".

I think it depends on the person and what kind of 'drunk' you tend to be. In my case. YES! When I'm drunk I tell all to bf. Good thing I'm not a cheater!
