I had this problem too. The easiest and less pain free way would be to shave!! Make sure to use shaving cream and cold water when rinsing her blade..helps the blade not go dull and pull the hair causing razor burn or even worse bumps..Hope this helps you all out

Start trimming with scissors, then shave the rest. Once gone it will be an everyday thing to shave. Or, if she doesn't want to go through the time of shaving, then get it waxed at a beauty salon.

wax or laser
wax is cheaper, but hurts and you need to get it redone
laser is expensive, and takes up to 5 sessions, but it's permanent and you should see results after the first one. works best on dark hair and light skin
