We're in San Jose, by Valley Fair, and we teach social skills to children and adults with autism spectrum disorder. We would also like to find employees who want to take advantage of Yahoo!'s donation-matching policy!

Yahoo is not the only organization with a donation-matching policy, particularly in Silicon Valley. Employees of many, many companies in your area look for opportunities on VolunteerMatch (http://www.volunteermatch.org), as it's based in Palo Alto, and CraigsList (http://www.craigslist.com), because it's hip. You should definitely post your volunteering opportunities there -- but please welcome anyone who is qualified, not just people from corporations who have donation-matching policies.

You can also post your opportunities to Idealist (http://www.idealist.org) and your local volunteer center; you can find this via the Points of Light Foundation web site (http://www.pointsoflight.org/centers/).

Good luck with that. They don't even respond to people who want to appeal their answers that have been deleted so I'll be surprised if you get a response from them with your program. I wouldn't even be surprised if they deleted your question for violating some made up guideline.
