I worked for a few months at a deli this past summer. I met a younger guy there. he is 20. There was a chemistry there. But then I quit 4 months ago for personal reasons. Since then I have seen him maybe 5 times. He is always sweet and talkative but never asked me out or for my number- Should I just let it go and chalk it up to he's just not that into you? Or should I just man up and ask him? I dont know if him being 5 years younger than me is intimidating to him or if he is just being nice when I come there and we talk. I am really attracted to him but I also dont want to make a fool of myself. sometimes fantasies are better left fantasies, but in this case i dont know.....

Maybe he's intimidated of you too.
This one case where I'd say ask directly AND, when you ask, be dressed fairly provocatively. ;) That's rarely my advice, but he's young enough to think with the brain below his waist, and you're old enough to deal with the consequences of him thinking that way.
