Well, I am assuming you are a volunteer veteran so you already know that military service is " voluntary" ( Duh). You also might be aware that Dick Cheney is in his 60's ,with a heart problem, and unless you are a general, not retired, you wont be accepted to volunteer.
But, if on the other hand, you are just a dumb-***/smart-***, then take this question to the Politics section.
