Obviously, throwing up blood is never "nothing." Most likely the doctors didn't understand what you were telling them or you gave them a valid reason to discredit what you were telling them.
For a doctor to dismiss your symptoms for no good reason is liability for malpractice charges. They wouldn't take that risk unless they genuinely thought there was nothing wrong with you.
Get a second opinion. Present your symptoms rationally and methodically. Be prepared for a medical history. Vomiting blood can be something as minor as having recently had a nosebleed, or can be as severe as a peptic ulcer or stomach cancer. You could also be misinterpreting that it's actually blood (some substances give the wrong impression). It's impossible to help you over the internet; you really need a professional diagnostician to look at your full case.

If you don't believe them then go to another doctor for a second opinion. To be honest your asking the question here so you don't believe your doctors opinion.
Good luck, hope you get better soon.

I'd have asked specific questions as to WHY they were happening.
Did they ask if you were on medication? Did they ask about ulcers? Did they ask about any injuries lately? Did they ask if you were pregnant?
If they covered none of these, go to another clinic and be looked at by someone else. They should have ruled out basics like side effects from things, your body's functioning on a different level, etc.
