Well, I spend some time at home, but generally I don't like to stay in my apartment because my thoughts get very negative and I feel worse.
Sometimes I try to go to where there are people around and read. I feel really sad and hurt right now, so it helps me to try to help people like you and others. Sometimes I just can't help it and I start crying in public, but I don't worry about it too much. I just accept it and say whatever.
It's good to talk to someone you trust when you're sad. It helps me a lot to talk to my therapist. She's very understanding and supportive. A hug from someone you are close to really helps a lot. Here's a big hug if you're feeling sad right now.

straight to my bed.. i lay down.. but that just makes it worse.. i reallly need to find out other ways to cope with sadness/depression..

a dark black void filled with sorrow, anger, death,and blood. lol emo, no seriously. I've been hurt so many times, I've developed something like an immunity.

I prefer not to be around others when I am really blue. I stay at home, sometimes in my bedroom.
