There are 2 types of laws, there's one for the police and there's one for regular people.

if he is still a cop he does not have a restraining order because when you get issued a restraining order they take all of your firearms away and if your in law enforcement you lose your job. if you get in a fight and hit someone that is considered battery it does not matter if your defending yourself or not. the definition of battery is the unwanted touching of one person to another that means if you take your index finger and poke someone in the chest you just commited battery and you could go to jail

cops are above the law and no cop is going to help you against another cop. The best you can do is to contact his CO (commanding officer) and have him make a log of the call. He might pressure the officer to leave you alone and at the very least, if you get into an altercation with him, you'll have some evidence to defend yourself when you get arrested.

The Officer is either afraid you're going to squish his ex or your going to eat his kids.

Edit: Most of us know he is a troll but at least he is a funny one.

Boy, what a step DOWN for her!

I see you've progressed from wanting to fight a Police Officer, to wanting to sleep with their left-overs.
