okay i am gonna start losing weight by going to the gym and doing turbo jam.and also by eating 1300 calories a day of healthy food like fruits,vegetables,and salmon etc...but its gonna take me about 10 months. if i lose 80 pounds will i gain them all back after i lost them.
after i reached my goal i am still gonna be exercising and eating healthy i am not gonna be a couch potato anymore lol.plz i need your opinion.

If you start eating more than 1300 calories a day and stop exercising as much as you do, you're going to see some of the weight come back on.

You will do just fine if you do as you plan and stick with it. Don't get carried away with it tho, into anorexia. That would be dangerous.

Determine a target weight for your size and build, When you reach it, level off your diet and exercise for a lifelong maintenence plan.

It sounds like you are going to change your life style and your eating habit. If you stick to that you will remain the slim new you. It is those who go back to stuffing themselves who go back to overweight.
