No.
No authentic relics, no contemporary accounts. I mean, it's true that you could say that about a lot of "historical" figures - but it definitely applies to Jesus.
The passages in Tacitus and Josephus are almost certainly late interpolations, and even if they weren't, they still wouldn't be contemporary, firsthand accounts, but mere repetitions of a legend. On exactly the same evidence, you could "prove" the heroes of Greek and Roman myth existed.
You can believe in Jesus, but it's a matter of faith.
Incidentally, could there be any worse a criticism of this question than "How do I know YOU exist?" I mean, the fact of the question on the screen is evidence that somebody typed it, so it's a safe assumption that somebody exists! In the case of Jesus, we're trying to establish that a specific historical personage existed 2,000 years ago. You really think that's the same deal? lol...sorry, but try thinking things through.
Again - "Is there any proof Julius Caesar existed?" Yes! There is! Contemporary accounts, monuments, records of his parents and children, statues and coins bearing his likeness, created in his lifetime - I mean, the guy conquered Gaul! I just can't believe people are serious when they make that comparison.
Personally, I think it's likely that there was an actual man or men upon whose life, sayings, and/or death the gospel accounts of "Jesus" were partially based. That's a modest and rational and defensible statement.

I got tickle when I saw a question asking something like "Why don't atheist leave my Lord Jesus Christ alone?" I pegged it as an atheist looking for reinforcement in his/her beliefs. I did answer and just said that they know the answer to that, then added a question "Don't you?".
Sure enough a day later a "best answer" is chosen and the asker states the reason for the question was just "to see" what other atheist would say as he/she was an atheist. Why, if a person has conviction in what they believe do they have to have someone else prop them up? the answers could not have been given by adults.
As for this question, better answers with written proof, but how could it spread as it did? Then we could get into the torture of the Christians, but that to is written history and could have been put in at a later date. I would assume that all would agree the 30 Years War which costs the lifes of two thirds of the people in Germany and Austria could be documented, then again that is history. Take care.

The only proofs that Jesus existed as a human are in the recollections of those who wrote years later after his death, which were used as a basis for other writings such as Flavius Josephus who has been quoted above. The only problem with Josephus was: he was one of the Jews who had sworn allegiance to the Roman Empire and foresook his own heritage, and maybe his writings were some sort of self-inflicted atonement for his abandonment. His mention of Jesus could also be an example of showing trends within the Jewish populace, something the Romans were always curious about, considering the Jews were monotheistic and the Romans were not.
All other mentions of Jesus were compounded reference to the New Testament, and all happened during the spread of the new Jewish religion to become Christianity.
Others before, during and after the period, including Alexander III, Julius Caesar, and even Mohammed, have secular sources to confirm their existence.

Apparenly nothing was written about him when he was alive, in fact nothing was written until, at the earliest, 40 years after he supposedly died and resurrected himself. I'm sure the stroy wasn't embellished upon at all during those forty years. Which is strange, since he was walking on water and curing leperosy, you'd think he'd of been a hot topic.
Any other documentation of Jesus was written after the Gospels were written. So there is no historical evedence that Jesus ever existed.

There is a proof that dinosaurs exited, there is a proof that architects and builders of great pyramids existed, there is a proof that Alexander invaded several countries and so on. It will be a great achievement for science, if scientists can get proofs of existence of several individuals who had great influence on human culture and history.

There is no contemporaneous documentation that Jesus ever existed (including the bible). The earliest accounts of the Jesus of the bible were written at least 4-5 decades after his alleged resurrection.
We all know how unreliable 40-50 year old documentation can be. They tend to revisit and reinvent history. I much prefer news reported in the present than someone's interpretation or invention of events decades later.

There are not any evidence what so ever exterior of the bible. human beings will in all probability attempt to sell you costs from Josephus, Tacitus and others, yet they have been shown to be early Christian forgeries. Your concept on why and how Christianity grew to become into all started is on the different hand ridiculous. in case you opt to communicate the subject be counted I propose you study up on it first. it is extremely exciting to ascertain what befell, how and why. additionally seem up Simon of Perea, he grew to become into the messiah earlier Jesus.

Yes, according to the records of the Vatican, Italy, the Vatican has sold over 475,000 pieces of the one and only true wood cross Jesus died on. If one were to weigh the cross pieces, the cross would weigh over 25,000 pounds.
That's one kind of proof.

Another proof is changed lives due to reading the Bible.

Not really, no. He never wrote one word of what is in the Bible, probably because it was written after he (if he existed) died.
And for those who want to talk about "proving he never existed" - once again, you can't prove a negative. Anyone who wants to discuss Jesus with me can start by proving that they're talking about an actual human being who walked on this Earth.
Amazing how many ancient gods were said to be born of virgins...the Jesus story is particularly similar to that of Mithras. I suspect that it's just what everything else was at the time - mythology.

There are over 600 writings concerning Jesus. (that have have nothing to do with religion) They kept land records, Tax records, Census records. They kept records of criminals and punishments, They had records of marriage, death, Birth. Just like we do now. Those places and towns in the bible are still being lived in and have been since the biblical times. The bible is their history. It is accurate and has plenty of archaeological evidence. There is no doubt, the man Jesus lived.
