I found it in front page of Washington Post and searched for it online.

What a bright, responsible, caring, intelligent person, who is now struck like this, first with a terrible illness, and then made to be seen like a criminal!!!

She deserves appropriate treatment. Her excellent ratings and the loyalty of the people she commanded tends to indiate she's getting a raw deal. Supporting the troups shouldn't just be an empty slogan. It was very sad to read this story.
