I found the book to be very informative and easy to read.
I've lost 17 pounds in 12 days, I'm just concerned that I'm losing too much weight, too quickly. I will admit I haven't followed the guide exactly. I'm not sticking perfectly to the listed foods and meal plans (but mostly) and doing very little exercise, but the weight keeps flying off.
It clearly works and if I'd followed it exactly I think it would scare the living daylights out of me because of the amount that I'd lose. So thanks again for the information. I've never purchased anything like this before because they are usually full of trash, but 3WD has been a pleasant surprise.

Assuming you're drinking 2 cans per day of regular soda at 150 calories each AND you keep the rest of your diet and activity the same, you would lose 0.6 pounds per week, for a total of about 2.5 pounds per month.
Calculations based on 1 pound of lost fat = 3500 calories

I depends on how much other calories you are getting and how many you are burning
soda is useless its too many calories and so much sugar. Plus it has chemicals that just sit in your stomach for weeks, I dont remember what it was called but if you look it up im sure you will find it.

It is hard to say exactly how much weight you will lose, but it is a good nutritonal thing to do for yourself. I recently started isagenix, which is a diet and nutritonal cleanse program. I have lost 20 lbs in 30 days. And I told my husband even if I hadn't of lost any weight at least it has gotten me off of soda and fast food, which is very good for you. A friend of mine in college told me that he cut 20 lbs. in a year by switching from ordinary colas to diet colas. No other changes in his diet.
If you tend to retain fluid because of excess salt, going all the way to water is even better, because of the sodium in the soft drinks (sodium bicarbonate).

You would have to look at how much sugar you are drinking in your soda, then reduce that, then weigh yourself and find out how much of sugar would be affecting you etc......
so in other words... no Idea, but give it a go!
