I have seen it run from $500 to $2500. Depends on where you go and what they charge, and how serious the dog is at the moment.

This happened to one of my dogs 4 years ago. The vet said surgery would be at least $1000 the first day and the cost would go up depending how long he had to stay at the vet clinic. He also said the chances of him surviving the surgery were 50%. I couldn't justify spending that much with those odds. I had him put down.

Usually about $2000. Price greatly depends on the severity of the bloat and how twisted the stomach is.

Lots and sometime the dog doesn't make it through the surgery.

those can be very expensive- up to $3000, depending on the severity of the condition. Fortunately, some hospitals offer financial assistance or discounts for owners who can't afford it

as Nabsb!!! said, it depends. In the book Marley and Me, it costed $2000 for their large lab.
