The account will not be closed with a 0 balance. If you pay a maintenance fee for the account, the posted fee will show an overdraft and more fees. Be careful.

I think that all ATMs have a limit of $300/per day for both bank account and credit card cash-advance transactions....This is to prevent looting of available money/credit line in case of a robbery or kidnapping situation. If you need more than that, you'd have to physically go inside a bank that offers to do cash advances....most of them do......I hope you understand that the interest rate for cash advances is almost always much high....like in the 24-32% range...in addition to a 3% cash advance fee.....The issuing bank might even charge a fee on top of this....

Having to do cash advances on credit card balances is a bad sign...Try to remedy the underlying problems....Cash advances are a short term solution but end up creating a long term, expensive financial liability.

Yes you can but you may be charged a fee for what is considered as a cash advance.
