the answer is option D-Dominant

Alleles are of 2 types-Dominant and Recessive. For each trait there is(are) pair(s) of alleles.

A dominant gene is the one that expresses itself while the other gene that does not express is called the recessive gene/allele.

when both dominant alleles are present the trait is homozygous dominant. when both recessive alleles are present the trait is homozygous recessive. When one dominant and one recessive the trait is heterozygous.

In your case when a gene fully expresses,it means that the the trait is dominant homozygous.

A fully expressed allele is dominant. If two alleles differ the second unexpressed allele is recessive to the dominant allele and plays no part in the appearance of the organism.
