Sometimes I wish he never even met her?

I feel sorta harsh about what Im about to write.
But Im gonna say it anyways:

I really like my best [guy] friend,
for more then a friend obviously.
And hes told me alot that he likes me too.
And that he wishes we could be together.
Last night we went to the movies,
and he held my hand.
This is the second time this has happened.
I feel so close to heaven when Im around him.
But then,
he likes other girls.
Which,
yeah Im aware thats gonna happen.
But(for guys)why does he do and say all this stuff,
If he probably does it to other girls to?
(for ANYONE)Should I tell him it bothers me or just get over it.
I know my time to really be with him will come soon enough,
but my jealousy is getting in the way of my feelings,
and I dont want that to happen for him too.
Since hes gone to a different school now,
its really hard to try to keep our relationship "alive"
since I only see him every couple weeks.
I just get so jealous.
Because I honestly feel like Im "better"

than the other girls.
2 in particular.
And its really hard for me to think that,
I LOVE HIM with all of my heart,
but he feels the same thing not just for me but for other girls.
Its frustrating.
I dont want to get all pissy and try to "set boundaries" but Idk what to do.
Anything at all will be help.

Well, if he is interested in other girls, then you know he is not going to be exclusive with you?!! Especially when he is in a different school. You say the truth, and you see the truth, you just don't want to accept it. Well, then I can guarantee you are going to be miserable, because it is not the job of the world to make a bitter truth taste better in your mouth. And sweetie, "your time" , even if it comes, won't mean doo-wah, because you have already said he is not exclusive, so you need to understand you are not going to be "The One", you will be "A One, Among Many" . No one is so blind as a person who refuses to see the truth.

i mean you probobly knew him for long since he is your best guy friend.
