OCD is common, and the extreme form is commom enough that most professionals have training and experience in the issues.

If you really crazy help, you can't trust someone form Yahoo Answers to be a trained enough psychologist with way too much time on their hands doing free work to respond to you.

If it's tearing sections of your life apart- and bothering you that bad then it's something you need to see a professional about.

When it comes to clinics with people to talk to like these though, sometime with eating disorders and other things like that there are clinics you can go to that specialize in only those situations. Who knows, maybe there is an OCD clinic? Either way with the other problems you are mentioning it might just be best to see someone in general.

If you aren't old enough, tell your parents that you are concerned about it - if you don't trust your parents off the bat, try talking to a school guidance counselor. It looks a lot better when you confront someone about it first before the problem leads to you doing something harmful to yourself or others before someone finds out.

If you don't want help from a Psychologist or Psychiatrist.
Then the best advice I can give you is spiritual.
I hope everything works out okay for you :)

Honestly, when something has gotten this out of hand you really need to see a professional. No one not even yourself can make it stop with out intervention. You may need medication or maybe try breathing exercises. But if it is from a head injury you still need to see a doc.

find a low cost psychiatrist, or psychologist, that is your only way of getting help, if its really bad, you won't be able to deal with it yourself.
