If you are going to spend much time in an a/c, get an active noise canceling headset.
Using anything else WILL cost you hearing in the long run.
I wish I had them years ago. All the time I have spent in piston singles/twins has caused considerable hearing loss.
In my ignorance, the first couple of years, did not even wear a head set at all.
I/we just turned the speakers up and used the panel mounted mic.
Wish I knew then what I know about it now, going through life asking everyone to repeat what they said sucks!

Why don't you just go to a dealer and try what's available to determine your preference
