Can't speak for Pangel, but when my last frayed nerve is about to snap, I go down and sit by the Mississippi River for awhile. My favorite overlook spot is very peaceful, and I just sit and contemplate how long the river has been around and all the people who've sat here before me and watched the water, too.
Today's minor little hassles don't seem quite as big when they're seen from the perspective of time and history. Sitting by the mighty Mississippi has a way of soothing and recharging my emotional batteries that nothing else can.
I'm sending Pangel a bouquet of the beautiful roses that my hometown is noted for. And while I'm at it, here's another one for you, our own beautiful Debra M.
((((to one and all))))

I too enjoy meditation. Candlelight, incense sometimes, and even some books around for reference in the event my mind wanders.
I'd like to give pangel a daisy. They are my favorite, and the sunshine-y yellow middle makes me smile. Plus, they're different than what most people choose. Pangel is both different and sunshine-y, so it seemed appropriate

Words hurt, more than actions sometimes...
Here on R & S I have been mad to many times...I usually have to walk away from the computer, but I always come back...people can be so crewel to others at times...but its people like you Deb & Pangel, and me that know what its all about...I know I am here for a reason, just as you are...God helps me to get over my anger, and temper tantrums...without him, I am very sure I would be blasting several people here...
My favorite flower to send Pangel, is "lilly of the valley"...sweet and beautiful, just like Pangel.!!

((((((((PANGEL))))))).
I pick for you one of every flower out there
For your love
And tolerance to others
You bring light in the world
In your own loving way
Though I don't know you well
I do love you
And so nice and sweet
You always offer (((((HUGS))))).
Hugs and love
Is what the world needs
We need more love and hugs
Not hatred
So good to see you
And someday your love and tolerance
Will have you soaring new heights
Higher than any insults and
Allegations
People bring against you
Maybe their jealous
Maybe they don't know how to value you
You
One of the best flowers
The world has to offer
Pangel, if you read this, my apologies as I'm going through creativity bloc, but trying to write from the heart.
As for what I do when people try and knock me down? I pray, and try to get a good night sleep ( though not easy because of my child), I have a feline who loves being my ball of love and is stuck on me, I be on here, as being on here takes my mind off of stuff, do special baths, play guitar, listen to music, and just keep my focus on pleasing God and seeking His word and heavenly treasures. I'm still work in progress, but striving to enter God's kingdom helps put things in perspective.
I also like watching Smallville. That helps with my mood as long as I can watch it in peace.
And most of the time going to church sermons.

I would send our Pangel, a bouquet of Pansies. They are a pretty little flower, and they are sturdy, they will grow in the harshest of environments, never give up, and last a long time.
I think they are one of the most beautiful flowers, that there are.

im not enamoured with pangel myself...sorry pangel its nothing personal...you just seem like a fake to me...i added you to my contact list a while back but removed you because i felt like you werent being true to yourself but especially because i dont think you believe in Jesus. sure its great to be open-minded and embrace all of humanity with a loving attitude but i think you're the kind of person who would {{{{{HUG}}}}} a paedophile. forgive me, i really dont mean to offend ya im just stating my opinion.
However debra seems a pretty sensible person so i hope ya dont mind that ive added you again to my contact list and in relooking at your Q&A i hope to see what it is that debra sees in you. im not interested in sending you a "spiritual bouquet" only the mother of Jesus, Mary is deserving of my "roses". But i will send good thoughts your way and pray that the Lord Jesus will remember you always and give you the grace to believe in Him.
God bless

I spend time outside, walking, looking at birds. As far as a flower, how about an exotic Heliconia? They are a favorite of some hummingbirds in the tropics.

I will send Pangel a poem:
A smile and hug for everyone,
a pleasant sentiment;
she brings to share
and show such care
in warmth and ways intimate.
Like sun's bright rays
that cast their light
illuminating every angle,
so is this one we know and love,
our friend, our sister.....Pangel.

I have a good cry, like the girl I am. LoL (I really do)
I try to watch/listen to something funny.
I lay in my bed with my thoughts until they turn to positive ones again.
I think about my boyfriend and how lucky I am to have him ( that works the best)

Whenver I'm down I think about the time a young resident doctor was doing my annual exam. He was great, telling me what he was about to do and how it would feel. When it came time to get the sample during my pap smear, my feet up in stirrups, he says, "ok, you're going to feel a little prick in here." I laughed so hard the speculum came out.
