Can't help you out here pardner but my son did ship out to Benning in Dec of 98. Took my own training at Ft Jackson, SC and Ft Gordon GA. It'll be a challenging but not impossible 14 weeks. Might be a good idea to look up Roger's Rangers Standing or General orders on the net. Just did so myself. There are over twenty of them but the modern Army recognizes 13 of them in the Ranger handbook. They have come in handy for me over the years. Remember to keep your powder dry and never volunteer for anything. Good luck and God Bless and have a very Merry Christmas.
