Can a recurring dream come true?!?

My husband told me the other night that he keeps getting this recurring dream that I die while I'm having our baby!! DETAILS: he says that I die and that him and his parents walk outside the hospital trying to figure out what to do next. They walk back inside and look at our baby in the newborn nursery. He said that everytime he thinks about his dream he begins to get teary eyed. This kinda freaked me out!!! What could his dream mean?!?!

Well, for one thing, if it's your first child it is likely that he is having alot of anxiety over whether you will be ok. In dream interpretation, death is rarely about physical death, but of a transition from one phase of life to a new phase of life. When the baby is born, you will no longer be the wife he once knew, you will become a mother, you won't be the same person anymore. It's also possibly a manifestation of anxiety over what impact a baby in your home will have on your relationship, it will have to change to accommodate a new life, and there will be new rules, for him as well. One thing that will change for him, is that he won't be able to rely on you as much as he once did, as more of your energy will have to go to the baby, so if there were some things he relied on you for before the baby, he will have to become more self sufficient in that respect. This is why he is walking around wondering what to do next, without your guidance in the situation. Tell him not to worry, it is most likely centered around the changes you will both have to make.

To me realistic dreams have always been very simple. While they are often things that are completely possible, and as such can happen, they are generally just a projection of something that worries me, however unlikely it's occurrence may be: a lover leaving me, friend dying on a flight, etc.

Mine have all starred a person or thing that was extremely important to me at the time. My guess is that he cares deeply about you and the child and has thought about the fact that from time to time women do die giving birth, in this case often enough that it's a recurring dream and not just a fleeting worry.

If the comparable dream is repeating on your sleep in many cases,it shows that comparable concept is haunting you sub-consciously.there is not any medical evidence that a habitual dream will come actual.yet,because of the fact the comparable concern is haunting you,there is each threat which you will artwork on it and make it take place.

sorry to say but maybe they can come true, i dont think anyone knows for sure, OR it could be the fear that your husband has about having a baby. maybe hes a little freaked out to be a new father or maybe hes freaked out for you because of the pain people experience during child birth. talk to him about how he's feeling during this stressed, exciting, scary,exhilarating, emotion filled time for both of you.

I'm not a dream interpreter... but perhaps it is because he is very nervous about having a child. Maybe he feels unable to express his nerves to you, therefore he feels alone in some sense... perhaps this is why you die in the dream. Don't worry!!!
