I think Islam is a good, peaceful religion-- I just think that there are people IN the religion that are wacko extremists (like terrorists). It's not the religion that is the problem, it's some of the people in the religion. And I do not think that the terrorists are good Muslims. I think that there are many wonderful Muslim people (that's why Malcom X is remembered), but many bad ones too. However, the same can be said for any religion-- there are good and bad Christians, good and bad Jews, etc.

because a lot of non-muslims like to talk bad about muslims until they actually come face to face with one, and they always find them to be the opposite of what they thought they were. There is a difference between the nation of islam and the real islam. Malcolm was killed by members of the nation of islam after he converted to the real islam. Yes people, most muslims in america are black. Are we terrorist too now?

Malcolm X - a Christian turned Muslim.
There could be two alternatives...
1. He found Islam very attractive
2. He found Christianity too unattractive.
What does it prove anyway? And which fundamentalist diplomatic-terrorist said that Islam is a BAD religion?
Islam is branded today because the clergy are so powerful that they can brainwash people into believing that they should sacrifice their lives for killing innocent people on 9/11.
Christianity did that same thing two generations ago when they sent people out on crusades.
Somehow Islam is scared of failing if someone writes a book - so they pass fatwas to stifle independant thought (Salman Rushdie, Taslima Nasreen etc)
Somehow Christianity is scared of a movie called "da vince code".
Why are you all so scared. Why not actually BELIEVE that you are taking diffrent paths to the same destination (God). And if that be so - let people speak, Let tongues wag.

Islam develop into based by potential of a polygamous new child rapist and a psychopathic, yet charismatic, evildoer. the main suitable mindset to communicate like that's scientific. the place is a distant places journalist plenty greater probably to be gang raped by potential of a horde of animals unworthy to be termed adult men? In a Christian, atheist or Islamic u . s .? the place are females plenty greater probably to be deprived by potential of regulation, no longer allowed to force or pass to college? The barbaric "ethics" of Islam are caught interior the 7 th century. it quite is time to pass on. Brainwashing won't provide up the reality from rising. As a woman and a feminist i'm indignant by potential of the burka and the stunning practices like compelled marriage. Sharia regulation violates basic rights of females, who're in lots of situations so brainwashed that they do no longer be conscious it themselves. shame on you for attempting to justify poor crimes seen solely in Islamic countries at the same time with be headings, hangings and stonings to call quite some the main barbaric.

Any religion that is used to segregate its members and to view others unlike themselves is at odds with God, and is serving the furtherance of fear, prejudice, and ignorance.
It is those who suffer a sense of inferiority who must shout their own horns of greatness. The louder one shouts, the more insecure we know that person is. The way to deal with such ignorance of the Soul that such shouting demonstrates is to ignore the one shouting, and to shun the message of fear he/she conveys.
Peace

Well, don't be surprised if they DO want to say that. They turned Cat Stevens (Yusuf Islam) away at the airport...
Still wondering how he's supposed to be linked to terrorists, lol!

well never heard of him tell I was watching a documentary on history channel, not real impressed to tell the truth, any man which follows such an angry religion and supports such things, well in my opinion is not worth noting. A great man was Jesus who changed this world
