Ok- so this girl that I like, I text messaged her on Wed. and asked her if she wanted to hang out later that night. She responded back that she couldn't because she already had plans, but she said, "maybe this weekend?" So just like 20 minutes ago, I text messaged her and asked her what her plans were for tonight, she said that she's going to a hockey game. So I responded back saying, " Oh nice. Maybe we can meet up after the game." She just responded back with a text that said, "Yeah." That was it. What do you make of this? Should I call her after the game? Or does she not even want to meet up or is she trying to play hard to get or what? Also, we used to date each other and we liked each other a lot. But that was a while ago and we remained friends, but lately she has been wanting to hang out again. Any and all opinions here are appreciated! THANKS!

just call her and TALK to her and try to feel out what she wants to do- it sounds to me like she wants to hang and isnt trying to be shady or anything............make plans to see her later that way if she disses you can be like-what the hell?

Either she is busy with other friends or another boyfriend or she does want to meet up with you after the game. Text her again and tell her to give you a call after the game if she wants you to meet her somewhere. Then just do what you normally would do. Don't wait around for the phone call. If she calls great. And if she doesn't call great. If you like her, just continue trying to get with her. She sounds like she has lots of friends.

I don't understand what prompted you to ask your question. You sent a text to her asking if she wanted to meet up after the game and she replied "Yeah". What is the problem? She agreed. So after the game, get in touch with her & meet up.

You are making the mistake of coming across as a bit needy. Like what are you doing waiting at home hoping she might go out with you later? You should be like, 'hey I can't go out tonight as I going to this party'. If she knows she can just click her fingers and you'll be there, it's like you have no value.
