I have real bad sinuses, and for the past month, I keep feeling like I am just waking up from a sleep, even though I have been sittin in the same place for about 30 minutes. (Like watching a movie) I worry a lot, and am a hypochondriac, and it seems when I am with friends, I totally forget about it, but then sometimes once again I will keep feeling like I am losing my memory, even though I drill myself and know that I am now. Also, I have been coughing up these bright neon green looking loogies. Anyone have any advice? (Other than - "See a Dr now!")

Sinus pain and pressure can make anyone's thinking "cloudy". You sound as if you are dealing with allergies or a cold, in either case you need to do a few basic things. First, make sure you are eating nutritionally well. Drinking eight 8oz. glasses of water per day will help thin out the mucous in your respiratory system. Take Tylenol sinus daytime or night time - this will help dry your sinus cavities out and the daytime variety will help you stay awake (has caffeine in it). Speaking of caffeine, drink a cup or two of coffee or tea. If this is a cold, taking echinacea with zinc will help reduce the amount of time you have the virus. If this is allergies, visit an allergist to find out what you are allergic to and take it from there. Good luck!
