Beer and wine both contain alcohol. The basic effect is the same. Depending on other ingredients, you can get a headache, that is not a hangover, from either one.

Both... actually all three beer, wine and liquor contain Ethanol. The effect you feel is the same no matter what you drink. The only differences are all psychological in nature or are an enhancement of the users mood.

no there is no difference because they both have the same amount of alcohol
