Question

i was sitting in the gym and my friends started aggravating me about my crush and he was sitting next to me.they really try to be nice huh?well what do i do?

they were saying like shhhh its her big moment it made me so mad he was sitting right next to me

they aggravate me way to much.and one of my friends doesn't just like someone shes obsessed and she aggravates me for just liking someone

why do friends do that any way?

they've done it to one of my other friends but they just went up and told him then i really felt srry for them

(note to self) don't tell them any thing else for a long time

i think my friends find it "fun"

I'm sorry. Not much you can do now, other than to remember next time, maybe you should be a little more reserved about what you share with your friends - because sometimes even real friends seem to like to get in touch with their inner jerk, and embarrass ppl - just because they can. Which, I have to tell you, is why I chose not to be so open with friends about crushes when I was in school, because I saw what happened to other ppl on account of it. We all know that crushes can just be passing fancies - they may not last long, so who wants to give other people that control over you, to have that private information about you. The result was, some folks thought I had no feeling - because I did not reveal my crushes - but I figured I would rather be thought of as an ice queen, or a stone face, rather than be made fun of in such a public way as often happened. The good news is, it prolly doesn't matter too much - if the crush likes you, it will be flattering to that person, and if not, there is always the hope that the crush didn't pay too much attention or thought they were making it up. Whatever you do, don't get mad, and don't show that it bothered you (I'm sure you already know that, but just sayin') otherwise it will only escalate!

Personally what I do is I'm up front with who I like, because then if you start dating you can say "I've liked you for so long!" And its not a secret.
If your friends are bugging you, just talk to them about it or, you can be the same way and bug them! But, haha i dont recommend that.

tell your friend that she/he isn't funny and that she/he isn't helping the situation. all she/he seems to want to do is embaress you into acting on your crush, which is not helpful. be honest & if they're truly a friend then they'll listen! good luck

just tell that person whatever. i like him so if you dont like it then whatever. your not me. And who cares what people think. Just do things how you want to. You are your own person. Dont let others tell you what to do (unless they are an authority figure).

Just go with it so u dont get emb. again....when they stuff like be like "oh funny guys, say that when im sitting next to the guy i like, very funny" and laugh...itll work.

i cant stand it when "friends" do this to you. its like theyre trying to ruin all of your chances to be chill with your crush. haterss. i would just ask them why they did it so maybe subconciously they will learn that it is wrong.

idk, if he heard then I feel bad for you. usually they don't care if you like them. they are happy if no one likes them; unless everyone likes them. that's a different situation.
