Since you have chosen this medium to seek advice let me put in my two bits' worth. You must make it a point to apportion time for your various activities. Then get your priorities right. Now work out a proper schedule for each activity reassigning time according to importance. All this exercise works on paper.
What is more important is that once having worked out a schedule, you must faithfully adhere to it come rain or shine, hell or high water. You should not get diverted by anything else because you would probably have allocated some time for this purpose too. So,no
adding or subtracting here or there.
If need be include a friend or two into this
arrangement and the lot of you could then do some serious school work which should also help clarify doubts on the spot.Good Luck.
You may have heard the old saying which goes
"Procrastination is the thief of time".

As you've probably already discovered, procrastination is no fun. You can't really enjoy the time you spend procrastinating because you know there's something else you should be doing. And it's very stressful to try to complete a project when you don't have enough time.
But if you get your homework done as early as possible instead of as late as possible, then you can enjoy your free time. Wouldn't that be better?
As for fixing the problem, there's no easy solution. You just have to develop disciplined study habits.
Start by being very specific about what has to be done, and when it has to be done. Get one of those big calendar pads that you can hang on your wall, that has one page per month. (Or you can find the same kind of thing in an online version.)
Break up large tasks into daily chunks. Be realistic -- don't try to write a term paper in one week. Update the calendar every day and make changes to reflect what you've already done.
Also, try to be as specific as possible about your daily schedule. Is there some time every day when you know you can be in your room working? Then make that time absolutely "sacred" for schoolwork. Don't plan social events or other activities that conflict with that time.
Hope this helps.
