what exercises can I do from the floor/sitting, most especially to tone up stomach and buttocks?

leg lifts, lifting some small dumb bells, crunches, tighten your stomach muscles and draw them up and buttocks too. Sit on the edge and twist and twist. Pulling that large rubber band for excising, hook to door knob and also pull with both arms while sitting of on floor.====
