Some employers offer that service. You'll have to ask your employer.
W-2s or other tax informational forms do not necessarily need to be mailed though the recipient has to opt for an alternate delivery method. I get some of mine on-line and have for several years and have opted out of mailed copies. My military retirement pay, home mortgage, and several bank accounts informational forms are all delivered to me on-line.

That depends on who you work for. Some employers have the W-2's available online, and you can download them and print them yourself. But it's far from all, or most, employers who do that - you'd have to ask them.
