Everybody has already given you many good ideas. I never see boudoirs in the stores anymore. If you have a swiss roll cake recipe, you can put the batter in a plastic bag, cut off the corner of the bag to make a 1/2" hole, and pipe out your ladyfingers onto a greased and floured (or parchment covered) baking sheet. Bake at 325 for about 9-12 mins.

Any supermarket. Usually with the ready-made custard and jelly. When shall I come round? Trifle is my favourite food ever - I could live on it!

Asda sell them, they are on the same aisle as the triffle sponges.
Edit: If you're in the UK i'll send you some cos i know my local Asda has some as i saw them today.

most supermarkets stock them, sometimes they are not the small crispy fingers, but trifle sponges are just as good.

You could substitute pound cake, just slice it, or lady fingers (found in the cookie section of your supermarket).
Any cake works well if you're stuck.

Sainsbury's have them, I think it's next to their pudding, custard and jelly isle, along with the tart cases. But I'm sure any big supermarket big have them.

They are also called Lady Fingers. Most good grocery stores carry them, especially at this time of year. Ask for them in the bakery department of your local grocery store. You may be able to find them in the cookie aisle with the fancier cookies.
