By the way let me tell you one thing that although EU citizens can live and work in the UK freely but they cannot apply for the citizenship until and unless they have the work permit visa or any other relevant kind of visa stamped in their passport. Moreover, visit the Home Office's website for further details.

I have answered most of your queries with your previous question.

However, if you want to obtain a UK passport (which states your nationality as British) then you will obviously need to be a British citizen before hand.

Perhaps someone else can help you out with your business. If you are married to a British citizen you would be eligible for British citizenship after 3 years however you would still need to hold ILR before you apply.

If you will leave UK, you will still be using your old passport which could affect your application for the UK passport because you will be leaving.
