I would have to say no because Mormons are not polygamists anymore. Now if you asked in any of the non-Mormon offshoot groups pay taxes, that would be an entirely different (and correctly worded) question.
The answer would be yes, since they are US citizens. (those living in USA).

There is no such thing as a Mormon/LDS polygamist. Polygamy is against the church. However, a branch off group from the LDS church, called the FLDS (Fundamentalist Latter Day Saints) still practice polygamy. This religion has nothing to do with the LDS church and they are completely separate organizations.

The phrase "Mormon polygamist" is a misnomer. Mormons do not practice polygamy. Even in cultures where polygamy is acceptable (some Muslim countries, for example), Mormons NEVER have more than one wife. Any member found to have more than one wife is excommunicated.
Those that practice polygamy in Utah and Arizona are not Mormons. They belong to separate religions (usually FLDS).

In 1998, President Gordon B. Hinckley (Mormon President/Prophet) made the following statement about the Church's position on plural marriage:
"This Church has nothing whatever to do with those practicing polygamy. They are not members of this Church. . . . If any of our members are found to be practicing plural marriage, they are excommunicated, the most serious penalty the Church can impose. Not only are those so involved in direct violation of the civil law, they are in violation of the law of this Church."
At various times, the Lord has commanded His people to practice plural marriage. For example, He gave this command to Abraham, Isaac, Jacob, Moses, David, and Solomon (Doctrine and Covenants 132:1).
In this dispensation, the Lord commanded some of the early Saints to practice plural marriage. The Prophet Joseph Smith and those closest to him, including Brigham Young and Heber C. Kimball, were challenged by this command, but they obeyed it. In 1890, President Wilford Woodruff received a revelation that the leaders of the Church should cease teaching the practice of plural marriage.

There are no "Mormon" polygamists as polygamy is apostasy to the Mormon church... there are other fundamentalist Latter day Saints that are polygamists, they mostly live on compounds and aren't well censused, so taxes paid are likely low...

If a Mormon tries to become a polygamist, he'll be excommunicated.
Mormons are not and cannot be polygamists.

They've found ways to skirt paying child support and live off the state ( I live in Utah, too ) so I would imagine they have ways of skirting the income tax laws, too.
