MYNA you have just had the unfortunate experience of what is called the " Nightmare Before Christmas"~! You take it easy, get plenty fof rest. Rmember to hang your stocking by the fire place, and leave some cookies , and hot choclate.for good Ole Santa, and of course some fine grade carrots for Rulpdoph and his gang. You will find the Grinch was tuning in on your thought waves, and he will soon be out of the picture, and unable to steal anyone else's Christmas dreams. Have a very Merry Christmas and remember to keep our troops in prayer.

Its called sleep paralysis. Google it. Most people experience it.
It is usually accompanied by a crushing feeling on the neck or chest and hypnogogic hallucinations -- including the feeling that someone is in the room with you.
The shaking comes your body trying to break out of the paralysis before your brain regains control of your motor functions.

My very honest and righteous Mother said, years ago, a very similar thing happened to her. And my brother said his friend claimed it happened to him . Both around the same time.
Mother always thought it was a demon. I think was. It only happened once to her in her 87 years of life.
Why don't you go on line and see what you can find out about it. I know a few years ago they claimed it was something malfunctioning in the brain. (that's what they say about anything they cannot answer)
I think such things as you describe do happen and are probably demons.

Oh yeah I had that before. That's when you wake up while you are still dreaming. Your body feels awake because it is but, your mind is still dreaming so you can't move your body until you snap out if it.

i've got no longer as yet experienced this yet then i'm quite new to solutions! besides the undeniable fact that, i might desire that folk have been a sprint greater well-off to others thoughts while replying to questions. I do be conscious that it quite is used as a place to insult others and ridicule them yet then it quite is human nature!

It sounds like it may be a sleep disorder. Speak with an MD about what you experienced.

You need to eat less Mexican food at night, it is too spicy and gives you bad dreams.

Sounds to me to be a medical problem and you should go to your doctor to get it checked out.

I think it might have been demonic. I would pray and ask God what is going on. This happened to my children's father and he saw the demon on top of him.
