Oh thank god, at first I thought you were talking about a high school teacher! If you can take the verbal judgement from your classmates, then go ahead. I would say it's best to wait until the end of the semester or whatever and you don't have their class anymore, THEN date them. Otherwise the college administration will most likely frown upon you being in his class because of unfair grading, cheating, etc.

Not while currently in that professors class. That is unethical and usually against college policy. The professor could get into trouble. After the student is no longer in the professors class, dating is okay.

After finishing their class entirely. If you really like that teacher you should know they can get in serious trouble with their school for dating a current student, possibly even damage their career.

Even if the teacher was 21+, he could still easily get fired for doing this. That could wreck his career, which might have taken him years to build up.

not if he was my teacher, but when the class was over, maybe. it doesn't matter how old you are, he could still get into trouble.
