I have four degree inward pronation, both feet, saw a Physiotherapist who made me insoles to correct the problem. Therefore I suggest you see a PT and then they will be able to say the degree, inward or outward pronation and so on which is far better than getting the wrong type of insole and doing more damage. Good Luck

Podiatry is yet to take root in India as a science
that needs to be addressed very seriously.
There are a few self-styled chiropodists who basically are engaged in the treatment/removal
of corns and calluses and may not be of any help for treating your problem.Still and all,Good
Luck to you.
If a physical therapist could help, then there are quite a lot of highly qualified practitioners.
You could check out at a few top hospitals.

Hello,
You should go to an orthotist instead. There is a very good orthotist in Bandra West near lilavati hospital. He will evaluate your case and prescribe an insole or orthotics to realign your foot. Do not waste your time and if you want more details go on their website oaalmac.com. The person's name is Arun Solat he will help you out.
Thanks.
