No. But if your prayers were answered would you then believe? Would you accept that as tangible proof of God existing or would that just be some esoteric coincidence? eg; you prayed for something and it happened. Could you do it again?

God answers all prayers. Of course as I saw it mentioned earlier above me, why would you pray to Him if you didn't believe? Then again He may answer your prayer, just don't be surprised if His answer is not the one you hoped for. If you go through life saying, "I don't know Him." Then I shouldn't come as a surprise when you finally turn to Him and He says, "Who are you?". Turn to God with all your heart and you will be heard, just remember He answers our prayers with what is best for us, and we may not always be able to see things that way (as best for us). As humans we want much that is not best for us.

Well, think about it this way. If you don't believe in Him, why SHOULD He help you. Thats like me asking you for money, however I am not sure if you exist or not. The point of you helping me would be?..... (Would that offend you?)
I don't know about you, but I would not help someone who says I don't exist. I would say "Well, then my help doesn't exist either." However, God wants to help all people and he does. The good things in life come from him. By believing in him, you give him the ability to help you more. Why not believe in God? Thats what you should ask.

Who the hell would you be praying TO?
If you don't believe in God, why would you pray to him? Wouldn't that make you a believer in God?
Can't talk to something you don't believe in.

Yes. Anyone who comes to Him must believe that He is and that He is a rewarder for those who diligently seek Him.

God knew you before you were born, so go ahead and talk to Him.
