Sphenoid Sinus headache?

Yes i do have a headache thats been going on for over a month. The mri shows 1.5-cm right sphenoid polyp or complex cyst. A little stuffy at times, but mainly a headache in the back right side of my head. Is there anything i can take, i've been on amox and other meds........ Sometimes Tylenol (they have different formulations for extra strength) can be helpful but I would recommend checking with your doctor as well to see what they say.
