Phil 2:9-11
9 Wherefore God also hath highly exalted him, and given him a name which is above every name:
10 That at the name of Jesus every knee should bow, of things in heaven, and things in earth, and things under the earth;
11 And that every tongue should confess that Jesus Christ is Lord, to the glory of God the Father.
(KJV)

Arron - so based upon your logic we should throw out all writings and any history except what we have personally experienced?

Many Trinitarian pupils admit that the Trinity is on shaky floor. Take Daniel Wallace. he's a staunch Trinitarian. he's likewise a particularly respected pupil of Biblical Greek interior the Evangelical community. besides the reality that protecting the Trinity doctrine, that's how he opened a piece of writing he wrote on the subject of the Granville Sharp Rule: "Few at present would take concern with Rudolf Bultmann’s oft-quoted line that “In describing Christ as ‘God’ the recent testomony nevertheless routines large restraint.” The checklist of passages which look explicitly to perceive Christ with God varies from pupil to pupil, however the selection is very virtually in no way extra effective than a nil.5 dozen or so. As is nicely generic, very virtually all the texts are disputed as to their confirmation—as a results of textual or grammatical equipment faults—John a million:a million and 20:28 being the only 2 that are oftentimes conceded without dialogue." of direction, John a million:a million and 20:28 are "oftentimes conceded" by using his Trinitarian colleagues. And he looks to overlook that John a million:a million is the main written approximately scripture interior the Bible - each pupil has a handle it.

Why should those that reject Jesus care in the slightest what a holy book says regarding them? If they do not believe in it in the first place, you cannot instill the fear of damnation in them using texts from your religion. Have you ever considered that the Bible and Christianity aren't all there is to life? Have you ever thought about why you worship your God as you do? Have you even looked at your religion historically, and seen what damage it has done to the rich histories and cultures of the world in the name of spreading the belief of a vindictive god to all the "pagan" peoples? Religion is flawed, and to those that have seen such, you can not cow them into guilt or regret by claiming one little book holds absolute sway over the entirety of the human race. For a god that claims to have given free will to his people, he often strips it away by demanding you follow his will or die a fiery death, and that alone should be enough to get you thinking about the validity and sensibility of your beliefs.

So let me get this straight: You read a book.Right? Okay. And it was written thousands of years ago? Okay. And in that book it tells you that your creator was, God.Simple, like a kindergarten book. Okay. And Gods son or brother or whatever was jesus crist. He died for your sins. How is that possible if you weren't born yet. Huh, weird. Well not really, because that book also tells you that incest (sexual relations with family) is wrong or a "sin". But wait a second, that same book also says that we are decendents of Adam and Eve, which makes every man and woman on this planet brother and sister. Therefore, for you to have children you would have to commit a sin. That would make your child void in the eyes of God. So, this book therefore states that every man and woman born after the Adam and Eve are sinners and will end up in hell.So in reality, the book you call your bible sets you up for failure. And you live your life by this book that lies to you and, if followed, because of what I stated above, will end you in hell? I'm confused.... and evidently you are too.

Yes,as a Catholic i give my whole life to Jesus as Lord
Many who reject Jesus reject, rather ,the incomplete or even warped picture of Christ that we Christians present by our smugness,self-righteousness, arrogant ignorance of other philosophies and cultures and our ignoring the example and power of Christ's grace.
If we Christians lived "Do to others as you would have others treat you",many would come to the Real Jesus, drawn by His grace and our example.

No, I am not ready to kneel and proclaim anyone lord.
This prediction is just wishful thinking. Every religion/cult will have these similar "predictions":
1) This is the true religion.
2) Unbelievers will be punished somehow
3) Everyone will eventually learn the true religion, and then they will gain some reward.

Yes, I would die for God. I am Christian. I have witnesed maricalse. I have asked God for things before, through prayer of corse, and he has given theese things to me. Let me say that theese wern't for personal gain. God has saved me many times in many ways. God has blessd me many times in many ways. Many will tell you god dosn't exist, that isn't true. The power of God is real. The power of prayer is real. I am willing to bow to god and much more. I'm just a kid(kind of like Timothy) I would sugest talking with a pastor. PRAIS BE TO GOD! AMEN!

if people reject jesus it doesnt matter so much. Now if they reject Christ (different from jesus) then I say it is the churches fault for not representing christ correctly. For if one was truly shown the love of christ there wouldnt be rejection, therefore I think if a person is truly shown christ, all would accept. Not out of fear or obligation, but out of desiring to be in that love and with that love.

This gives me no hope at all. I am currently praying to the golfing gods. I have felt their power and seen their wisdom. (They even have books dating back 1,000's of years that proclaim their wisdom and of course, rules!) Would you like to convert to my religion?
