i need something to help me anything:
a surah, ayah, nasheed anything please

i need anything that will cure diseases of
the mind!!?!

please dont report this i am in dire need of help

-racing thoughts
-stress
-its like shaytan is always in my head

-HOW DO I GET SHAYTAN OUT OF MY HEAD, THIS IS WREAKING MY LIFE

dua is our only protection against shaitan, there are many duas you can say, one thing to remember is when ever you get this sort of a though from shaytan say this:

Aaoozu billahi min ash Shaitan ir rajeem

try to memorize as many duas as you can, and when ever you have free time, do dikhr like subhanallah, alhumdulillah , allahhuakbar, shaitan attacks us every second, unless we seek help and protection from Allah

when leaving ones house, one should say this

Shaitan and his group watch your actions intently and you remain oblivious of their activity. You must consider him (the Satan) your enemy because We have made the satans the friend of the faithless.

So always seek help from Allah for He will indeed help you

This happens to me sometimes,
here listen to this Surah Al- Baqarah this should help when you play this Shaytan hates this Surah so he has to leave and it will help you feel better

there is another thing u can listen to but its in Surah Al- Baqarah its called kursy but not sure where its at if someone else knows where its at can u post it thanks anyways hope this helps :).

Aayat Al Kursi. When u recite it at day..till evening Allah protects u and Shaitaan cannot come near.. and when at night u do recite..Shaitaan cannot come near and there remains a protection from Allah till day..I will check again. I am 90 % sure this is what I read in hadith book.
