this seems to happen when i'm stressed...
when i swallow, an air bubble will travel upward in my throat starting at the bottom of my throat between my collar bones and travel up just above my adam's apple. it will last ALL DAY and only go away when i go to sleep. It's been happening a LOT lately and I just want to know how to make it go away. any ideas? I am a little worried that it might be some serious medical problem too? mostly it's just HORRIBLY ANNOYING! please help! thanks :)

There are a number of things that could be causing this such as related to a thyroid problem but the only way to find out for sure what is going on is to see your doctor for further evaluation of the situation to see what they think could be going on.
