Does the Old Testament suggest that twirling a rooster around or reading the entrails of a chicken can determine in advance who will win the 2008 presidential election?

Or is that something that just the Greeks or Romans used?

No but looking at the constitution placed in a hat using a seeing stone while a white Indian is holding the hat you can.

I've heard that the fix is in, and some chicken ate the memo..... so maybe if you got the right chicken it would work!
