You posted this under UK, but since you show your income in dollars and not pounds, I assume you are really in the US.

You won't owe any income tax, so if anything was withheld you'll get that back. You should also get an Earned Income Credit of around $1369.

im guessing $ means that you are not UK based but maybe US?

In the UK you wouldn't pay anything on the £4000 plus you would probably get working family tax credit/income support. If you messed up the $ for a £ then you would best bet to phone HMRC who will tell you what you can claim.
