no i do not eat meat.
but i know people who have eaten it and claim that the flavor is very good.
although i have to say that those poor animals were tortured in making this "delicacy" why would you want something that endured torture and cruelty on your holiday table where you should be celebrating thanks and togetherness?

Wouldn't that be more like a poultry 3-way? I mean, you have your turkey, you have your duck, and then there is your chicken!
I understand that the challenge is to remove the bones from the birds.

Yes, it is a cross between a turkey, duck and a chicken. It has a long neck, flat bill, and can't make up its mind whether to gobble, quack or cluck.

no but a freind asked me to fix one. For those who need to know!
Bone a duck, a Chicken, and a turkey.
stuff chicken, lace it inside duck. stuff duck inside turkey, w/ more stuffing, bake until done. I would put on slow all night, then kick it up to 350, for an hour to brown.

My mother makes a turducken every year for Chirstmas dinner. It's pretty good, but difficult and time consuming to make.
