Apparently he looked up my yahoo answers after i told him not to. In one I mentioned his gifts I got him. I had things private, but apparently there is a loophole. If you get on google and type "the person's account name and yahoo answers" and all my questions came up. What a disappointment. Should I give his gifts to someone else? Or is he a jerk after I made him promise to not try to find my questions/answers and he did anyways? BTW we are in our late twenties.

If you decide to give his gifts to someone else, you might as well break up with him. If you're fed up in general, maybe breaking up is the best idea.

But if you think he just made a one-time impulsive mistake, tell him you're disappointed and let him apologize, and put it behind you.

It all depends... is he inconsiderate, selfish, and a snoop -- or is he a good guy that screwed up?

Well, yes, of course he's a jerk. The question is, do you want to keep him? It's really annoying that he did this, but it's not liek you caught him sucking face with another woman. So, Tell him he is a jerk and you're returning all the gifts and getting him a bag of coal. Yes, go ahead, do it.

Now, take all his gifts back, or give them to someone else. Go and buy him a bag of Charcoal, wrap it and put in under your tree. I'm deadly serious here.

Then go out and buy him other gifts _TELL NO ONE what you got him, and hide them in the one place he will never look.

On christmas morning, give him the bag of charcoal. Make him think it's all he got for as long as it amuses you. Then, give him the other gifts. And from now on, make it a game of hide and seek. You will find you enjoy vexing him as much as he loves to try and find out. :)

Some people have to check after you ask them not too...ever notice how when someone says don't do something they immediately do it!! I'd be disappointed he found out too but still give him the presents...he just won't be surprised.

Just act like you are not getting it now that he knows but then surprise him at Christmas. Have a good day.

I think you should just leave things as is... If his lack of respect for your privacy is really an issue...search around for a new stud.
