Get more exercise. Exercise makes you hungry, and that will help you to eat more. I also weigh 105 pounds and am about 5"5. Whenever my weight starts to drop, I go to the gym and do about 30 minutes on the treadmill. Then I eat!

Calories, Calories, Calories. Preferably complex ones like lean meat and pasta. Don't neglect carbs, they are just as important as protein because you're body will burn the carbs while you work out, and use protein for building and repairing the muscles.
Make sure you cut out all cardio as well. Start doing a rough count of all the calories you eat in a day, and try 5,000-10,000 per day along with a snack or even a whole meal before bedtime. Its work.

Drink a diet milk shake with each meal ===this way u are eating 2 meals at a time or just eat abt 3 doz donuts a day.

more protein and carbs eat potatoes bread pasta rice eggs and bananas all of these promote musle growth would help to use some weight and do a little exercise daily to build up ur strength and ur body good luck

Ice cream every night. The pro team's Dr's say beans and pasta.. all protein.

Don't worry about underweight...it will catch up to you. You are better off hitting the weight room and building muscle.
