yes, i do a baking soda treatment once a week. What you do is mix a little bit with the shampoo leave it on your hair for a few minutes then rinse and condition as normal.
Also, you should use a salon quality shampoo and conditioner. I like Paul Mitchell. Yes it is expensive, but you use less. for example I pay about 18 dollars per bottle of shampoo and conditioner. thats almost 40 dollars just for my shampoo and conditioner, but it lasts me like 4 or 5 months.

i have heard that so you might as well try it...

i love to mix half vinegar (any type.. i use the normal type) and half water into a squirt bottle. after i shampoo, i spray all over my head.. i leave it in for a few minutes while i shave my legs or wash my face or something like that..
then i rinse it out and condition

it makes your hair super super shiny.. i also use tons of products and it removes all the nasty buildup

hope this helped (:

Do you place conditioner throughout your head? it is your difficulty. OR, once you're washing your hair daily or better than as quickly as an afternoon. I used to bathe my hair daily and use conditioner throughout my head.. into my scalp and each thing. properly, the day i went to donate my hair, i washed it in view that she develop into going to shampoo it besides. even nonetheless i assumed i might washed actual each and every thing out, she advised me i nevertheless had a TON of residue in my hair. She shampoo'd my hair two times to get a number of it out.. And it develop into all nevertheless no longer out. So my advice to you is to apply a clarifying shampoo for a pair of week, purely washing your hair the different day. And once you employ a conditioner, purely put in on your length. (The long area of your hair away out of your scalp. Your ends.. etc. sturdy success and desire i helped!
