The international class racers are using very short slalom skiis for competition. What does your coach recommend? Despite your size a slalom ski is probably raced in a 157cm more than a 170.

I am 6 ft. 210 lbs. I went with the Atomic 170. At first I had a hard time trying to keep up with them, they are so quick! They are stiff also so you can really get a good edge in the ice.
