I got punched in the head yesterday by my friend i'm 13 years old female and ever since she punched me i got a big headache!! i didn't tell my parents yet but i told my brother and he said it's nothing to worry about..so should i tell my parents and get it checked out?

Absolutely yes...

You are making three mistakes.

1. Not telling your parents about a problem that needs discussion on several levels of understanding.
2. You are trusting your brother on an issue when he has no training or experience.
3. You personally have no idea whether it is serious or not.

I cannot tell from your information if you have a real problem, but why guess? Your parents should know you have a "friend" who hit you with force. A doctor should examine you and decide if real damage has been done.

It's impossible to answer this question since we don't know where on your head you were punched, how hard the punch was, and did your friend use her fist or elbow...

I'll give you my opinion (my son had brain surgery and a concussion) if you want to e-mail me.
