after vacation with with my girl she brokeup with me with no sign.how do i get over her after6 yrs?

well,After going on vacation with my girl she stay another 10 days and the whole time did not take my calls.I kept calling and leaving messages I finally decided i would pack my things and leave and the day she comes back she didnt call me or look for me so i dicided to go see her and she said she just didn't want to be with me any more. so how do i get over her? Its been very hard.How does someone just stop loving you?
