What do I need to upgrade my freeview box signal to High Definition?

Wait until 2009, which is the earliest date that HD broadcasts MAY become available on Freeview.

Sorry, but you can't get HD on Freeview, you'll need Sky HD for that.

as far as i know ur freeview box is digitial and therefore u dont have to upgrade it
